Pros

The capsules are easy to * and the suggested dosage is 3 to 6 daily. I take six capsules daily, as noted in the directions, and have noticed that my gi tract is working better.

It is great for gut health, especially if you have issues with loose bowels. There is some evidence that it may also help with wound healing. I do not need the gut help but it cannot hurt, however detox is always something that we can all do with.
