Pros
Liposomal on a supplement means you are going to reap the benefits of that product much better than if it were not liposomal. Simple dosing of two capsules per day. Pros:+ this works just as well as my old glutamine supplement.
L-glutamine is great for muscle recovery, not as sore from gym. It's vegan, will absorb into your body better than regular l-glutamine and the capsules are easy to take. This supplement is much easier than using a powder form.
Codeage's teen fermented multi is great for kids. Great value. Great shelf life. none as of yet. high levels of selenium.

You get a 90-day supply, at 2 per day which is great for the price, highly recommended purchase!
These are a pretty good value compared to buying bulk powder form, and the convenience is nice to not have to mix into a drink.
The price is very much in line for a 3 month supply.
Each bottle is giving you 3 months supply so it is an excellent buy at less than $35 a bottle.
Shipping
I was happy to see liposomal delivery and 1000mg is the serving i was looking for and 500mg per capsule is pretty standard.
Packaging/appearance
I was looking for some to pack into my own pill capsules not long before getting these.
