Pros

Liposomal creatine mixed just fine with water in the little shaker cup. I like creatine mono hydrate because in my opinion anything different isn’t as studied as other forms. Codeage mixes well with my white rice and yogurt and causes no gi issues.

Creatine monohydrate is legit and codeage’s product is definitely one to add to the repertoire. Great product all around. Happy with the purchase.

This is an amazingly well-made product that i believe enhances my workouts and muscle recovery. Less fatigue helps me get back in the gym the next day so definitely worth it!
