Pros & Cons
Pros
Magnesium glycinate is my favorite form of magnesium to take. It's decent, and surprisingly sweet, but can get to you after a while. No complaints or regrets.
Magnesium glycinate is considered to be one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium. This one is chelated, so it’s even more absorbable. It is elemental that the dv is based on. It does not have a laxative effect for most people.
Liposomal magnesium glycinate is easy for the body to assimilate. This supplement also has phospholipid complex, which are known to prevent the accumulation of fats in the liver.
The cream is a replacement therapy which feels wonderful following exercise or strenuous activity. It is always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
It has the tiniest scoop i’ve ever seen.
Cons
Powder is very fine, and mixes well, but the flavor is not good. While the effectiveness of this magnesium powder may be good, the taste is a dealbreaker for me. This is absolutely disgusting.

Competitiveness
It works incredibly fast and seems to provide greater effects than other brands of magnesium glycinate i've tried.
I've tried a number of different types and brands of magnesium and this is by far my favorite.
I’ve been taking another high-end brand of magnesium glycinate for years, and my magnesium still came back as low on a mineral test.
I have another trusted brand that doesn't require 4 capsules a day so i would probably take fewer of these a day long term.
