The codeage centurion is packaged in a bottle containing 90 capsules. The capsule is easy to *, has no funny aftertaste, and does irritate my stomach. Only downside is 3 capsules per serving.
I like the gmp stamp on the label as it gives me peace of mind.
Nicotinamide riboside is an alternative form of vitamin b3.

seems to be a good quality, expensive as all nad supplements.
Longevity supps like this are difficult to review since they are long term with no real noticeable effects in the short term.
So i don't review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based on ingredients, quality, value, and usage.
Competitiveness
I have a double mthfr snp and these have been an excellent addition to my current regimen to help my methylation pathway.
I figured it would be really nice to only take on pill, and this has more good stuff in it, so ordering this was a no-brainer.
However for the price of a 30-day supply, i would not order again.
From what i know of nad+, it's largely a long-term anti-aging benefit, best taken sporadically.

Supplements are regulated like foods by the fda and claims regarding efficacy often arent backed by science
