It is one of those supplements i will pay a little more for because quality is very important.

Competitiveness

I love only having to take 1 capsule per day and that this is a 2-month supply.

I appreciate that bottle provides a 2-month supply, making it convenient and cost-effective.

The capsules don't have very strong flavor unlike some other suppliments i've taken.

I also have mthfr mutations and have never experienced any energy boost off megadosing b vitamins.
