    I do not take the dose of 4 pills a day however and started with 1 and am still there

    Quantitatively the effect should be to improve insulin sensitivity however this is hard to measure without a glucose monitoring device and i am insulin resistant but not prediabetic so i have not tried monitoring my insulin levels with and without myoinositol

    So some reviews seem really hopeful for rebalancing hormones however i am taking other pills that mask that effect and dont seem to have much of an effect on my body shape or mood
