Pros

Easy to just squirt into your mouth. I appreciate the ease of use as my dexterity isn't always the best.

It is a deep red/pink color that must be from the berry flavoring. It tastes a tiny bit chalky but has a good flavor overall. Since it has to be refrigerated after opening, it makes it taste pretty good.

B-12 is one of the vitamins most people are deficient in. At 8 pumps this gives me 30 doses at 1/20th my usual minimum dose. You can pump up to 8 pumps per day.

Cons

My issue is that i have to leave it under my tongue for a few mins and my teeth are noticably pink ( this stuff is red red in color) even after brushing! It is horrible, does not absorb well.
