Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

Magnesium glycinate is considered to be one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium. This one is chelated, so it’s even more absorbable. It is unflavored, but there is a sweetener in it.

Magnesium glycinate chelate is a highly bioavailable and well-absorbed form of magnesium. The cream is of course not really a supplement, it is a replacement therapy which feels wonderful following exercise or strenuous activity.

Magnesium malate is the best value in magnesium supplements imo.

Cons

Powder is very fine, and mixes well, but the flavor is not good. The taste is a dealbreaker for me. In my humble opinion, this is absolutely disgusting.

You can get the same benefits by taking dissolved magnesium along with lecithin and glycine capsules which you cant taste obviously
