The fermentation process brings out the healthy microbes and bacteria that help aid in boosting got health which in turns boost your immunity. Fermented versions are more nutrient dense than their unfermented counterparts.
The quality of this product is exceptional. Overall i feel good on them and feel they are giving me everything i need.
