This is a good supplement that's full of essential building blocks for my body's health. I take this together with magnesium after i am done working out and it works better than any muscle relaxer.

Overall its a very high quality supplement, the only issue is its 8 pills per serving.
I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system.
Obviously high quality however and i’ll take what u can for the benefits.
