These are a great multi. It is a good tool when you are training for an endurance race. Seems to me a feel better quicker. Impressive multi vitamins.

I always have stiff, sore, sometimes painful legs after a heavy leg workout. No upset stomach either.

I have not noticed any odd side effects from taking this supplement and the pills are pretty easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.

It is not a great blend for minerals and of course it overloads on the bs.

If you are gluten intolerant like i am, have confidence this will be a safe product and brand for you to turn to.

Price

This supplement cost about 2x to 3x more than my regular multi-vitamin simplyone.

These are not cheap so a jar is only 30 days.

If the colostrum / bovine and other ingredients is worth the price, it's convenient to get it in one product.

And it cost a significant more, but it also have 1000mg of colostrum and other ingredients good for you.

Competitiveness

The dose is three capsules, which is so much better than brands where you have to down six or more capsules to get the stated dose.

The individual vitamins all seem to be in the better forms as compared to some of the cheaper competition.

It does seem a bit expensive, but it does seem to be of higher quality than much of the competition.
