Pros
Each ingenious pouch is a major punch of goodness. These are very easy to pack in a lunch, pocket, or purse. The price is a bit high, but there is a clip coupon right now.
Liposomal multi-vitamin is a good essential vitamins + omega-3 supplement for teens. My teenagers have no issues taking this. It is a little pricey, but when it's hard to get nutrients into a teen, it's worth ever penny if they will eat/drink it.
It has the best form of b12 and folate, safe for mthfr.
The taste isnt the best but it tolerable. It's pretty good tasting. It certainly has a strong flavor, but it would be up to personal tastes whether you like it or not.
Citrus base with hints of raspberry, blackberry and blueberries. The sweetness comes from glycerine.

I tested out the berry flavor and it did have a berry flavor just a slightly off aftertaste that i couldnt put my finger on

I saw that there wasnt a high amount of vitamin d in these which if you live in colder places or if you are like me and have a vitamin d deficiency what they put in the daily dosing may not be enough

These appear to be marketed toward the teenage age group but when looking on the back of the box it says to not give the vitamins to those under 18 so that is a little bit confusing

I liked that this was not a mega multi with huge doses of nutrients but rather just a bump up from what you get from food to augment food not try to replace food

I also liked the idea of the delivery and how that might enhance absorption but i suppose i have no way of quantifying that so i cant speak to those claims
