There's no down time and it's cooperative! It makes you think about choosing your clue carefully.
It's challenging and fun at the same time. The campaign map is rather bare-bones, but it adds a lot to the game's replay value.
Cons
If you are (or have the mentality of a 10 year old this game is probably wonderful. But for friends hanging out looking for a board game it's horrible. Not a competitive game.
Pass on this. There’s no fun or laughter. And it is ridiculous. This game is pointless.

Highlights
Quality
The game is easy to set up and the rules are not complicated, so plays can start quickly.
Games are fast and setup/cleanup don’t take long either, and the game itself is small and easy to store.
I have tried to play the normal code names with 2 players, but it didn’t work very well.
The ease of set-up is going to make this a go-to for a long time to come.
