Andrew lessman vitamins are by far the best i've taken. The capsules are made with gelatin and have no other additives. This formulation adds full b complex, calcium and biotin. We usually use 100mg ubiquinol daily.
Coq10 seems to play a vital role in maintaining the health and function of those organelles. There is no placebo delusion when it comes to coq10 is you are on lipitor. Taking a statin, you need and my doctor recommended.
