Pros & Cons
Pros
Used it a dozen times so far over campfire. It cooks food well over the fire. If you buy some m8 threaded rod and cut it down (because you still want the long rod for campfires), you now have a next-level grill cheese machine.
Made some nice toasties with corned beef, cheese, and thousand island. May buy the single sammy/pie model at a later time. I make dessert pies, as well as sandwiches with them.
Worked like a charm. Works great and sturdy. I love this, but it does give me a workout while using it.
Bought these for comping. Uxcell sells them on amazon.
Highlights
Quality
Shape of pie wells is easy to grease with butter and easy to clean with brush.
Looks like this will last forever with proper care.
These are very well made; however, they are also heavy!
I just don’t like how heavy it is as my friend has some but hers are lighter and the stick holding is more durable
Competitiveness
Really great deal compared to cast iron campfire cookers found at cabela's!
