Pros
Coghlan's seam sealer is a very good value for the money. Water based sealer makes for a less messy job of sealing the inevitable leaks older tents develop over time and with regular use.
It is easier than the syringe technique, but that's the cleanest way to seam seal. It contains mostly casein (milk protein), starch, and water.
This stuff works great and is competitively priced! Much better than the brand with the orange cap.
Cons
The sealer is great, but the bottle/applicator is not as advertised. The sponge works very well but the brush is absolutely terrible; the brush causes runs and excess sealer to go everywhere.

I cant speak for the longevity of the seal it creates since i hadnt tested it further than one camping trip thus far but i imagine it will last for several years before needing another application
