This book introduces you to the powerful tool that is cognitive behavioral therapy. It's a great entryway for us to open up our minds that the human brain is much more powerful than we realize.

It’s very simplistic and easy to read,understand and apply. Scientifically written in language that is easily understood. This book gives insight without making it so complex that it's not understandable.

This book is an excellent overview of cbt, making it very accessible for the everyday anxiety sufferer. The author includes a wide range of options for handling intrusive thoughts, including acceptance and medication. Cbt is a form of mindfulness.

This is not cbt but a dimsum approach of mc mindfulness and half of cbt principles. It seems the author did not fully understand what cbt is.

    The workbook at the end allows us the reader the next step after reading this book and rereading it to really let the key points you were drawn to sink it is to put it to paper then put it to action
