I feel i was not deficient in choline at all. It helps focus and concentration, but not as much as the vitamins shoppe brand.

Since my purchase i have bought from a bulk supplier and their less quality controlled supplement was just as good.

This one enhances focus, but not quite so harshly, and simultaneously lifts mood to happy, alert and relaxed.

Most nootropic formulas suck, and focus on marketing instead of great ingredients.

I took it apart, poured out half the powder since i wanted a 125mg dosage (the capsules are 250mg).

A bit pricey, but i think it's a great brain nootrooic supplement.
