This little rolling ball is absolutely amazing! Fits perfectly in your palm and easily rolls while cold. My only complaint is that there are no instructions within the box.
Cold but soothing-not painful. Plus i get a mild massage where my leg is sensitive. Works wonderful for post op surgery with the inflammation.
Cons
Ball needs seamless fit in holder and needs to glide more smoothly. The hole goes through the bottom. It is not as described, but i tried it in my freezer anyhow.

I had hoped it would sit solidly in the floor so i could roll my foot over it due to plantar fasciitis but it is small and doesn’t have a large enough of a foot print to stay out when i roll my foot while sitting
