Pros

The interchangeable pads provide a comfortable, leak free, solution to icing injured and surgically repaired joints and other injuries. Easy to use and fits perfectly to the machine.

Cons

Worked pretty well for a week or so then started leaking. They leak or come from the manufacturer punctured. Leaked like a sieve after less than 12 uses.

The velcro straps are mostly unwieldy and clumsy to attach by yourself. Very dissatisfied. Poorly constructed, didn't work well, and not durable.

Purchased this not even 3 moths ago. Warranty is ridiculously short so no help there.
