Pros & Cons
Pros
The sword itself is crazy sharp and meets every expectation that we had with purchasing a cold steel product. The sharpness is adequate for a sword.
The blade and scabbard were packaged separately and well oiled/waxed. Comes with a leather collar so the brass guard won't get scratched by the sheath.
Old wrist breaker. Well tempered and sharp for thrusting.
Cons
Its a cheaply made indian sword. Very disappointed in the workmanship.
Highlights
Quality
The weapon itself appeared well made and sturdy.

Of course scratches and rusting are another tier, and you have to watch out carefully for that stuff because the blade is carbon steel.
The latter half of the blade was thick and not sharpened to be used for parry.
Price
Great value for the money, the sword is rock solid.
But, for the price it's not a big flaw.
Mostly their swords cost at least $600.
Shipping
The seller shipped extremely fast, i have zero complaints.
It arrived to our house well packaged and in a timely fashion.
Ordered the sabre for a cav wedding and it came in no time.
It arrived just on schedule, on the last day.
Packaging/appearance

My issue was with the packaging, the box was crumpled, the blade was loose in the box and covered in styrofoam bits but possess... Read More
The blade and scabbard were packaged separately and well oiled/waxed to prevent any aging.
Competitiveness
In comparison, cold steel’s hybrid cutlass hits 2.
The 1860 cavalry saber is even better.
