Pros

Good balance, strong yet safe as far as edge. All plastic or poly resin. Its solid, sturdy and looks great. It's durable and nice to handle.

It excels at it's job. Lightweight but still has a stable weight to practice throwing, catching, arming/disarming. This balance is probably ideal if you're using this to practice unarmed defense against a knife.

Outstanding value. Good design. This is alright though because it still works perfectly!

Thicker than blade to prevent accidental stabbing during training.

Would definitely recommend. Shipped quickly and is a great self defense training weapon.

Cons

The material is too stiff to make this a training knife. The knives i've used (in krav maga practice) are more flexible. In the photo it looks like the blade is a slightly lighter shade than the handle.
