Pros

The finish looks good and the ergonomics are decent for my large-sized hands. The blade is so sharp, and maintains an edge so well, that it was slicing the leather on the top of the sheath. Comes razor sharp out of the box.

It holds it extremely well, but it takes longer to deploy. The sheath is durable. Very sturdy for aus8 steel.

Cold steel "bushman" is the same concept, but larger and more machete-like. Can attach to a polo for a spear device. I normally carry a firearm but this is useful for those times i don't.

The flint is a nice extra. I hike in terrain that may contain both 4 legged and 2 legged predators. It ads a level of protection walking around my property which is inhabited by cougar, coyotes and bears.

Cons

The knife it self is on best harbor freight reject material. The secure-ex sheath is also rather flimsy and pops off easily. It's literally the only knife i own or have ever even seen with this design flaw.

Didnt cost an arm and a leg , im glad i got this.
