Dexter, and jero knives extensively. Easy to put an edge on it and it lasts.
Cold steel lives up to it's reputation for quality. Great knife for the money. Very pleased. Better than expected. An excellent value.
Bought it for fishing, specifically skinning tough catfish. Great cleaver for all around kitchen prep.

Normally when i hear cold steel i think tacticool bs and silly marketing videos so i was a bit skeptical when i saw they had a new commercial knife line

The handles are a bit chonky kind of like a dexter and took some getting used to so i wouldnt recommend them for smaller hands
