This is common with inserts to carbon arrows and must be re glued

If the vanes get all out of shape you can just take a lighter or a gas stove and hold it like 1 away from the vanes and move it back and forth

The vanes will straighten back out in like 10 or 20 seconds

Also be mindful of shooting a something hard like a tree trunk or a coconut
