Pros

It keeps water cool for a long time even if the ice melts. The venting works well and it keeps ice for an entire work day in the tennessee heat when filled halfway with ice. I wish it kept things colder for longer, but we solved that problem by puttin... Read More

It is very sturdy and doesn't leak. Dropped more then once on a cement floor, and still not a dent on it. Plastic is sturdy and handle is not too thin or weak. Makes a great refill container for a smaller water bottle.

Cons

The handle and lid is very flimsy. Buying a gasket for a used one will ultimately cost me more than buying it new. If you turn it over to use the spout, you will get more water coming out around the edges of the lid.
