Pros

Using stainless steel means no aluminum leeching into my coffee. It seems to be sturdy and of good quality.

Clean lines, lightweight, stainless steel, easy to clean. Makes delicious coffee. Fine for serving 5 or 6 average coffee drinkers at a brunch.

Bottom fits perfectly in the glass top stove burner. Looks great on the stove top at anytime. Works on open fire, coleman 425 and really well with the new campchef 2x stove. I use it on an induction cooktop that has shutoff timer.

Cons

The replacement knob has been discontinued by coleman. Returning for a refund. Garbage item and apparently was used.

The bottom of the pot is not stainless steel and is not magnetic. The filter basket looks like it is made from cheap popmetal, is out of round, and has a gap where the top filter lid sits on the basket. The only good thing i can say is it makes decent... Read More

Very disappointed with this percolator. Very disappointed. Shame on coleman.

The handle is very uncomfortable to hold. It's very sloppy. Lid is so tight i can't get it off! All of that is useless.

Easy to use, quality material and makes really good coffee.

It is a good quality stainless steel which cleans up well.

They either have plastic seals, felt cheap, had weird handles made of plastic or wood, springs that i knew wouldn't last.

The handle doesn’t get hot unless you have it directly over the heat which i don’t recommend.

Price

Then we bought this coleman percolator for half as much, and it was way better quality!

Packaging/appearance

Looks great inside my cabin, and brews an excellent pot of coffee.

There was no damage to the box.

Competitiveness

I bought the main 4 name brand ones when you search for these and was unhappy with them.
