Perfect size to adapt for sous vide cooking. Perfect size for an 18 - 20 lbs brisket.
Works perfect. Allows for addition items in the frunk. Great fit side by side in trunk of corrolla. Really great and very pleased with my purchase.
Cons
The coleman party 'cooler' isn't very well insulated. I believe that they mislead me with the outside dimensions. The lid is to thin for this diy improvement.
