Pros & Cons
Pros
The maglite is now stored with our emergency lanterns. It has two levels of brightness and it shines extremely well. Imo, it out did even those very high dollar tactical lights we use in law enforcement.
The light is strong and the switch is robust. The on/off selector switch is located at just the right spot for me. It has a proven design with a mechanical switch that works every time.
I like reviewing things and it helps me to know if they're helpful. The use of a commonly available battery, and the use of 6 of these as well as with the battery guard technology is a definite plus. It is the simple mechanical design that ensures you... Read More
The aluminum construction with o-rings and the plastic grip shield seem sturdy (ipx4 rated). The body is a sturdy metal design with rubber in both ends. And the plastic is easier to grip than metal flashlights.
The flashlight feels really comfortable to hold -- not so huge that it's unwieldy, but not puny either. This makes it stand out and makes holding it feel like carrying around a 1 pound dumbbell.
Cons
Very misleading. Switch is incredibly difficult to move. Had no battery pack inside.

Price
Got this on sale for a great price and i’m happy with my purchase.
Absolutely the the best flashlight for the money!
For $15, you get to unzip the holy pants of jesus and let the brightness of the heaven shine through.
So for a few dollars more i ordered this coleman flashlight.
Shipping
Btw, he was found safe early the next morning.
On arrival it was immediately noted that one light had been a return.
Packaging/appearance
Instead of arriving in a cheaply made flimsy package, it arrived in packaging that was sturdy, sealed and designed well.
The packing was torn open and the 3 normally included duracell aa batteries were gone.
The only problem was getting the packaging opened.
Theyn should have instructions on getting the item out of the packaging.
Competitiveness
They compare well to more expensive flashlights i've owned, but have a more traditional construction with a grippy sleeve on th... Read More
In the past, he’s always depended on the maglite.
The 300m and 325m appear to share the same body.
I'm willing to pay a few dollars more for better products with reputable names.
