Pros
Really simple& quick to pitch up. Packs down to compact size fitting into 60ltr backpack. Mainly picked for pack size, weight and price.
Narrow area at foot end due to shoody pitching. An individuals feet will cause the inner compartment layer to touch the outer layer allowing for possible moisture transfer.
Cons
The thing is basically a flappy sock with a flysheet over it. The canvas sags in above your head and at your feet too. It fails on the basic requirement - to keep you dry!
Highlights
Quality
Good use of space with the area for boots etc just outside the inner section.
Overall i am pleased with this purchase.
Overall for a budget tent this ticks all the boxes, don't be put off with the naysayers.
Personally i’ll be looking for a better tent but for the £30ish i paid for this i have no complaints at all!
Competitiveness
Easily erected and lightweight, good for a novice
Held up to heavyish rain & moderate winds on dartmoor at the weekend though i did find 4 bent alu tent pegs on taking it down.
Not ideal for a 6ft 3 guy with an airbed though.

I bought this from a very popular outdoor outlet last year and have just purchased this one to replace it as it was eaten by mice in my shed a couple of weeks ago i used it for approx 6 trips the longest being 4 nights and it rained constantly for 2 of those

Some humidity came in however due to the contact between the outside wall and the inside cloth
