One end of the adapter is a pol connection

The other end of the adapter is a male 1 x 20 throwaway propane canister threading

It is the exact same male threading as those 1 lbs

So you can not screw those canisters into this adapter as both are male threading therefore this adapter is not for refilling those canisters if that is your intention
