Pros

It's worth getting hassled over. Quality materials, nothing slipshod at all. Would recommend and would buy another.

Cooler has velcro strips to keep the flap closed. I love the collapsible nature of this cooler since it folds to the size of a small phone book. Ideal for packing in a suitcase on a plane or in a car.

Cons

Nowhere near the claimed 20 hours. The zipper closure is finicky and a pain. There's no way this will hold ice for 16 hours unless you keep it in a freezer.
