Pros

The weight and durability make this my favorite cooler in the price range. Very rugged and durable as well.

Perhaps the biggest perk is that everyone loves this cooler! Just like the old ones! Highly recommend.

It maintains that temp throughout the weekend. My tip is to freeze meats and water bottles to prolong the ice. At the lake the cooler often becomes the beer cooler that sits on the porch.

Cons

The logo on the outside of the cooler is just cheaply glued on. I think it’s more of a novelty and looks vintage and cool, rather than being actually functional. My second complaint is the leaky drain plug.

Just unpacked this cooler. Each corner of the cooler is badly dented, there are scratches on the top and side. The metal latch is weak and kids that don't expect it to be there easily open the lid while it's supposed to be latched.

You can't beat the quality of a coleman cooler

My client was very happy with the 2 coleman coolers i ordered for him.

It’s 2022 and i’m leaving a very accurate reviewing of this product.

If you put a weight on top of the cooler it's just as tight a seal as with the working latch.

Packaging/appearance

I love the way these coolers lock close, i like that it is metal and has not cracked while sliding around in the back of the truck

However, when i went to use it for the first time it leaked from the drain spout.
