Pros
The coleman battery-powered lantern is pretty good value. The batteries are nimh aaa 600 mah cells.
The lantern is great, well thoughtout and very versatile. Not flimsy plastic.
Cons
The individual panel rechargeable batteries must constantly drain power from the main d cell batteries. The three led panels recharge off the 6 d cells which will drain within months.
To say i was annoyed yesterday is an understatement. I'm so flabbergasted that in 2020 this is a thing. Very dissatisfied with this product.

This is a good lantern the only problem is youre using d batteries to charge the aaa batteries in the snap off lights

They were filled with 8d energizer batteries with a 10 year shelf life from now on the batteries will be stored next to the lantern so we will have light when needed
