Pros

The sides are surprisingly sturdy and the bottom is slightly padded and comfortable. Jets are nice and it is very relaxing.

The two spa filter cartridges work fine and can be cleaned every month or so. Adjust the water for ph and alkalinity. The pump and filter system is easy to operate and use. Each gallon holds about 200 gallons.

Cons

The diaphragm in the air inlet port wore out and broke off. Water was leaking into the pump which broke the pump.

I am so happy that a quality company like coleman has a personal hot tub for those of us who can only use 110 volt products.

We were sorely disappointed the one evening we forgot and came out to a 83 degree tub, which was way to cold to use.

Once adjusted, drop a single 1 inch chlorine or bromine tablet into the float that comes with the pool.

Price

Works great wish i had gotten one before the price went up from $300.

As of this review writing today (may 2021), the price is back up to over $700.

These used to be 399, but people figured out they are awesome and drove up the price i guess.

Packaging/appearance

Can't explain why, but one day, you will find a small hole in the lining.

Competitiveness

At least 10 vendors sell the coleman/bestway spa, at all different prices.

Heater is only 120v so it is not the best heater but then you don't have to install a 220v outlet.
