Pros

Would be really convenient for programming garmins or running cooler. It is way easier to plug it straight into an indoor outlet!

Cons

Bought this in june 2017, already quit working. Not surebwhat the disconnect is, but this had been an unfortunate waste of money. It is defective.

Check the rating on your dc lighter connector. If the plug fits, it must work. Max rated amperage is a little over 5 amps. Exchanged it for one on amazon rated at 10 amps.
