Pros
Very cool double mantle design looks similar to the coleman gas lanterns. Also stays cool and safe around our young great granddaughter. Love it. Recommending to all my camping peeps.
The settings are easy to adjust just by the turning a knob. It puts out amazing light at our campsite. Not nearly as bright as propane, but very easy on the eyes.

High quality alkaline d cells, 8 from the same recent mfg date. Check your batteries periodically, when a cell gets low, get those batteries out before they leak.
Cons
The color is much lighter green. The mirrored reflective surface not nearly as sharp as the old one. Hugely dissapointed. They are pretty worthless in all aspects now.
Tried 2 sets or new batteries in each to no avail. When and if this lantern works, the light output is great!

Easy to use and load with batteries
Seems to be fairly durable considering the housing is plastic, but you get a nice size to weight ration because of this.
It was bright, adjustable, and didn’t use too much battery power.
Price
And over all a good value for the money!

I like the look of this lantern, reminiscent of old days gone where we used oil lamps.

One desire for this product would be the ability to cast the direction of the light a little better similar to how the fuel lamps have the reflecting shield to guide the direction of the light

It’s also bigger than expected which is another reason that u thought it would have more light
