Decent bit of kit we chilled the food 1st some was frozen as well, 4 milk bottles of frozen water in the corners, re froze one each day, food stayed cool for 5 days in 30+ degree heat, wouldn't keep much for longer than that anyway only issue was soggy food packaging after a few days as water pooled in the bottom, nothing a few ice cold g&ts couldn't cure.  Read Less
