Pros
Mouthwash is gentle, has a high-content of fluoride and tastes pretty good. Works well with colgate's range of high-fluoride content toothpastes. Has nice flavour that last for a mouth rinse but with good enamel protection.
Cons
Had to throw away. Damaged and came later than expected.

The key is to swish it around your mouth for a couple of minutes or so particularly where the sensitivity is located

I have had great success making icecubes from this mouthwash and if you are a gin drinker you should really try gin and colgate just to mix things up a bit literally and also to add excitement to life which lets be honest is too short buy any standard or yardstick

Also it is amazing for killing slugs in your garden at night instead of the usual beer traps which are wasteful
