The suction cup at the bottom works better than i anticipated, it really keeps the brush in place in between uses. The toothpaste lasts forever if you don't use too much of it. My kid love this little toothbrush.

Quality is uniformly atrocious. Looked like arabic and turkish languages on packaging. These are really cheap and poorly made. Was disappointed that the item description was inaccurate.
