Peroxide in the mouthwash and toothpaste are hard on my gums. I think the toothbrush was hardest on my teeth. Better to go for crest 3d white.

You can see the whitening effect after just a couple of days and doesn’t give the salty taste or abrasion of other whitening tooth pastes
