I’ve been using it every other day as i got teeth sensibility with the product.
Be sure to brush your teeth twice a day with the toothpaste and use the whitening pen/brush once a day.
I want to start by saying this product works.
They aren't a perfect shade, the product advises to use it twice a day, but right after day one i saw dramatic results!

Love this product but wish you could but the toothache w/out the tube of toothpaste.
