Easy to use - i just rinse my mouth with it for 60 seconds twice a day after brushing my teeth. Takes my morning tea stains off with a little brushing from my electric tooth brush. This mouthwash is by far the best mouthwash i have ever used.
This is a great mouthwash, and i did find my teeth cleaner and whiter within a few days.
Cons
The colgate whitening mouthwash burns too much. It doesn't whiten teeth either. It's like putting acid in your mouth trying to whiten your teeth. The flavor is so bad that i don't know if having white teeth is worth it.
This stuff is nothing more than peppermint flavored hydrogen peroxide. Ow forms a thick foam in your mouth that is difficult to get rid of.

As far as whitening mouthwashes, this always seems to do better than any other ones i've tried.
Great alternative to heavily alcohol based mouthwashes.
