I'm about a week and half into the bottle, and so far very pleased with the results!

I use this with the newest optic white toothpaste, and i am so pleased.

The taste isn't great, but it whitens even without pairing with the toothpaste.

With the second week of use, my teeth still look just as yellow as ever.

The consistency becomes foamy once its in your mouth so its almost impossible to gargle without the gag reflex kicking in

However mouth wash was to my understanding is just an extra dental protection until some manufacturing giants make it look otherwise

Also hydrogen peroxide is cheap enough that it is used for dental issues widely in countries like india and china when a tooth ache ache does not go away
