You can brush without liquid and spit it out in a crunch but i prefer to put a bit of water in my mouth first from my bottled water brush spit it out then swish with another swig of water

They used to carry them at walmart but for some reason they stopped and now i have to pay a bit more to get them online

And the toothpick end holds up well it can occasionally poke you if you arent thinking about how you are holding it but eh i guess that is just user error

Tiny plastics bristles are about the size of a front tooth and the pick at the other end completes the cleaning process
