I find it works well when i am experiencing sensitivity to my teeth which is not all the time not sure why

If you have sensitive teeth you might consider using this colgate sensitive pro relief complete protection toothpaste for your teeth but for me it didnt work as well as some other similar products for sensitivity

In the past when she applied whitening with peroxide in it it just became painful very quickly and the sensitivity stayed

This toothpaste may whiten more slowly but it also protects against sensitivity

I cant vouch on the whitening effect like all other toothpaste claiming this effect it is probably unnoticeable
