Pros

This toothbrush is slender, not bulky. My pet peeve with toothbrushes is that many don't have a decent grip.

The charcoal brushes are so soft it's like brushing with nothing. Therefore, it easily cleans through the gaps and it can be readily maneuvered in all directions.

Doesnt irritate my sensitive teeth and gums when brushing. Works much better than the regular toothbrush.

On the back, sharpie'd out is instructions only to be sold within india. Why anyone with sanity would proceed to place them in a box and ship them is beyond my comprehension.

Trying to brush a single tooth is more work and takes longer than brushing all my teeth. Requires extra brushing to remove the toothpaste. The toothpaste works a little but these don't speed it up or enhance it.

Competitiveness

Though subjective, this particular product is superior than the rest of colgate's brushes, and even other brands.

There's only one other brand that i think is better, but it has to be imported and the expense is too great.
