Had a minor cavity a tiny pitting which doctor said dint need drilling

But use of all recommended mouthwashes and good flouridated toothpathes dint make the pitting disappear and in fact sensitivity increased so much that it was a pain to eat anything

Another thing is normal white toothpastes cleave to the tongue surface and it is difficult to clean the tongue
