Pros
This mouthwash helps calm and take care of my gums. It seems to be somewhat easier on the gums than my previous mouthwash which was listerine. My dentist says it works the same as the alcoholic variety.
Spearminty, not too strong, and zero alcohol. After taste is good not bothersome. Uuuh the freshness after using this is worth every penny.
Cons
Strangely, this mouthwash only has one active ingredient in it. Painful stomach mains and alot gas. The one i use has fluoride.
